Agregó esta familia al noble Consejo de Vicenza, Lelio Antonio, de Lodovico, fue confirmado en la nobleza con la Resolución Soberana austriaca el 4 de junio de 1820. La familia en 1769 tuvo la investidura del feudo de los barcos en Vicentina por el obispo de Vicenza y obtuvo el título de Conde, La República de Venecia lo confirmó con el ducal el 2 de abril de 1784. Los títulos de noble, mf. y de cuenta, m. fueron reconocidos por Decreto Ministerial de 18 de septiembre de 1882, en Lelio, dott. en jurisprudencia, senador del Reino, gr. cr. Mauriciano y la corona de Italia, friso de la Legión de Honor y el Collar de Carlos III de España, embajador en París y Madrid, subsecretario de Estado de Asuntos Exteriores, n. Montecchio Precalcino, 12 de julio de 1859, de Lodovico, Lelio y Maria Nobile di Nievo, se casó con Roma, el 4 de agosto de 1897, con Anna Bruschi Falgari, de quien: Lodovico, nacido Montecchio Precalcino, el 7 de agosto de 1898, oficialmente caballería.
