Aggregata questa famiglia al Consiglio nobile di Vicenza, Lelio Antonio, di Lodovico, venne confermato nella nobiltà con Sovrana Risoluzione Austriaca 4 giugno 1820. La famiglia nel 1769 ebbe la investitura del feudo di Barche in Vicentina dal vescovo di Vicenza ed avendo ottenuto il titolo di conte, La Repubblica Veneta lo confermò con ducale 2 aprile 1784. I titoli di nobile, mf. e di conte, m. furono riconosciuti con Decreto Ministeriale 18 settembre 1882, a Lelio, dott. in giurisprudenza, senatore del Regno, gr. cr. mauriziano e della corona d'Italia, fregiato della Legion d'onore e del Collare di Carlo III di Spagna, ambasciatore a Parigi ed a Madrid, sottosegretario di stato per gli affari esteri, n. Montecchio Precalcino, 12 luglio 1859, di Lodovico, di Lelio e di Maria nobile di Nievo, sposata Roma, 4 agosto 1897 con Anna Bruschi Falgari, da cui: Lodovico, nato Montecchio Precalcino, 7 agosto 1898, uffic. di cavalleria.
