L'auteur du répertoire des familles romaines que nous avons si souvent cité appartenait à une famille apparemment issue de la famille Crescenzi. Il possédait plusieurs maisons dans la ville mais la plus importante était celle située dans le quartier de Colanna, à l'endroit où se trouve aujourd'hui la Cassa di Risparmio. Une autre maison dont ils ont hérité des Pichi pour le mariage de Sara Pichi avec Cristoforo Jacovacci. Domenico, fut conservateur en 1571 ; Marc Antoine en 1579 ; Tarquin en 1589 ; Prospero en 1593 et Domenico, l'auteur du Répertoire, chevalier de l'illustre ordre de Santo Stefano, fut conservateur dans les années 1651 et 1657. Cette maison possède deux cardinaux de la SRC Domenico et Cristoforo, le premier fut promu au Saint Pourpre le 2 Juillet 1517 , fut évêque de Lucera et Grosseto et mourut le 2 juillet 1527, précisément dix ans après sa création.
