Schilden. (Taf. 51). Kaiser Karl VI. erhob am 4. Mai 1738 die Gebrüder Schilden, Johann Eriedrich, Kurhannoverischen Oberzahlmeister, Heinrich Adam auf Haseldorf in Holstein und Friedrich Anton auf Wustrow nebst ihrer Schwester Ernestine Rosina, Gemahlin des K. Preuss. Staatsministers v. Thulemeier in den Reichsadelstand. Die Familie ist 1860 erloschen, nachdem Namen und Wappen einem Zweige der V. Oppen übertragen war. Sie besass in Meklenburg Banzin von 1765 bis 1796, Goldenbow von 1797 bis 1853, Gresse VOD 1804 bis 1816 und Rodenwalde von 1797 bis 1860, vergl. V. Meding III. p. 580. Schild: B. und W. gespalten. vorn W. Querbalken, begleitet oben von einem, unten von zwei g. Sternen, hinten ein gr. Lorbeerkranz. Helm: a) gekr., 3 Straussfedern b. W. b, jede mit einem g.
