Antichissima e nobile famiglia, conosciuta come De Giorgio, Giorgi, de Georgiis e Đurđević (Gjurgjević), tra le più importanti casate della Repubblica di Ragusa (Dubrovnik). Secondo una antica ma accreditata tradizione, i De Giorgi giunsero in Ragusa da Roma, ove erano ascritti ab antiquo tra le nobiltà.
