La branche de la Chaussonnière fondue dans Patras. Les seigneurs de la Rosière, de Grandville, paroisse d'Ercé et de Boishue, paroisse de Cancale, déboutés à la réformation de 1670. Autre branche: Josselin, fils Gillot, chevalier, vivant en 1350, père de Guillaume, vivant en 1383, marié à Marie de Rosmarho; Nicolas, chevalier de l'ordre en 1622. Un chef de chouans, dans l'armée de Georges Cadoudal, tué à l'affaire de Grandchamp en 1795. Autre branche: Mahé, fils Geoffroi, vivant en 1448, marié à Jeanne Gautrel; Pierre, abbé de Meilleray en 1521; un page du Roi en 1694; un membre de la branche de Kerlouis, fusillé à Quiberon en 1795. On trouve une autre maison de ce nom en Auvergne, noblesse maintenue de 1666. Elle remonte sa filiation à Hubert de la Haye 1560. Viennent ensuite: un chanoine-comte de Brioude: Claude de la Haye-la-Batisse, mort en 1664; plusieurs capitaines de cavalerie, l'un deux surnommé "Bras de Fer" parce qu'il avait perdu un bras à la guerre, qui avait été remplacé par un bras artificiel; un gendarme de la garde de la reine, etc. Armes de cette famille: De gueules, au gantelet renversé d'argent. ...
